The brand was struggling to grow in terms of sales and profitability. PPC ACOS was very high with very low conversion rates. The following problems were identified.
- Low Listing Quality (No proper SEO, low-quality images, poor content strategy)
- Less indexed keywords in comparison with competitors
- Less efficient Campaign Structure (mixed match types, excessive keyword stuffing, multiple ad groups, no SB and SD campaigns)
- Irrelevant keywords and match-type targeting
Solutions:
- Optimized the listings with top-relevant keywords
- Indexed products on more than 2500 keywords (applied 4 phases SEO strategy)
- Strikezoned keywords to improve organic ranks
- Revamped the whole campaign structure
- Created growth-focused and ranking-focused campaigns
- Created portfolios for proper management
- Brand analytics for customer behaviour analysis
- Created Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Display campaigns for brand awareness and better conversions.
- A/B test the main image to increase CTR
Results:
- 88% increase in YoY sales
- 66.99% change in ACOS
- More Organic sales and a 67.9% decrease in TACOS
- Improved profitability
